Cell Therapy Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Follow up on and manage the regulatory submissions for cell-based innovative drugs, including communication on project details, coordinating the preparation, revision, and approval of project proposals, developing and updating timelines and budgets, organizing internal and external project meetings, tracking project progress, overseeing project execution and deliverables, and supporting and monitoring the entire lifecycle of each project to ensure timely completion as planned.
2. Responsible for coordinating communication and collaboration among partner organizations and internal departments after contract signing, organizing regular communication meetings with partner institutions as well as internal coordination meetings across departments, and ensuring work is aligned with scheduled progress requirements.
3. Responsible for organizing project initiation meetings, phase meetings, and closing meetings;
4. Responsible for project risk management, able to promptly and keenly identify issues encountered during project execution, and propose effective solutions.
5. Responsible for managing and maintaining project materials, including data, technical reports, and more;
6. Report and resolve project team issues, and facilitate decision-making within the team;
7. Assist in establishing standardized project management execution processes and enhancing systematic development;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree or higher, with 5+ years of work experience in the biopharmaceutical field; prior experience in drug regulatory submissions is preferred.
2. Possess relevant knowledge in project management and be familiar with commonly used tools;
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to travel to project partner organizations on-site to resolve issues.
4. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in process development, product launch, and commercial projects.
5. Proficiency in English reading and writing is required; strong spoken communication skills in English are preferred.
6. Possesses strong independent working skills and a team-oriented spirit.
