Business Head

Job Responsibilities
1. Assist the General Manager in formulating the company's strategic development plan, operational plan, and business growth initiatives;
2. Based on the company's growth strategy, streamline the project pipeline and oversee the company's project license-out/in activities, including project evaluation, business negotiations, contract signing, and ongoing partnership management.
3. Organize and participate in company financing due diligence and related tasks;
4. Responsible for building the company's business talent team;
5. Complete tasks temporarily assigned by the General Manager.
Job requirements:
1. Master’s degree or higher, in a biomedicine-related field, with 10–15 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical/biotherapeutics industry;
2. Possess a clear business development vision aligned with the company’s overall strategy, capable of drafting business plans and feasibility studies, as well as conducting negotiations.
3. Possess strong English communication and writing skills;
4. Familiar with the current state and development trends of the pharmaceutical industry, and possess a solid network of contacts and relationships within the industry.
5. Meticulous and rigorous in work, with a resilient personality and quick thinking, demonstrating high enthusiasm for the job and a strong drive for advancement.
