Clinical Research Director

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for designing clinical trial protocols, ensuring the scientific rigor and feasibility of the trials. According to protocol requirements, initiate clinical trials and closely monitor the entire process to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of the data.
2. Collect and analyze data from clinical trials to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the drug. Based on the analysis results, prepare a research report that provides a scientific foundation for the drug’s further development and application.
3. As needed for the research, be responsible for retrieving and organizing relevant literature to provide theoretical support for experimental design and data analysis.
4. Maintain close communication with team members, other departments, and external partners to ensure the smooth progress of research activities. At the same time, communicate with patients, explaining the trial’s purpose, procedures, and potential risks, and obtain their informed consent.
Job requirements:
1. Possess a master’s degree or higher in medicine, immunology, cell biology, or a related field.
2. Possess relevant work experience, particularly in cell-based drug development or clinical trials.
3. Familiar with the research and development process of cell-based therapies, clinical trial regulations, and related experimental techniques. Possess a solid theoretical foundation and practical expertise, enabling independent execution of experimental design and data analysis tasks.
4. Possess strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective interaction with team members, patients, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of research activities.
5. Possess a strong sense of responsibility and professional integrity, able to strictly adhere to research standards and ethical requirements, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of research findings.
