Pharmacological Researcher
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for literature retrieval, research, and related tasks concerning ongoing projects;
2. Responsible for conducting in vivo pharmacological efficacy, pharmacokinetic, and related research studies;
3. Familiar with animal model establishment, various administration methods, and sample collection; possesses solid operational skills.
4. Responsible for the preliminary design, execution, data analysis, and report writing of preclinical pharmacology, efficacy, and pharmacokinetic study plans;
5. Responsible for organizing and conducting animal evaluation-related experiments according to the approved animal assessment plan, ensuring the acquisition of authentic, reliable, and accurate evaluation data;
6. Responsible for drafting work-related SOPs;
7. Assist superiors in related management tasks.
Job requirements:
1. Master's degree or higher in a relevant field such as pharmacy, biology, immunology, or veterinary medicine;
2. Strong learning ability, highly responsible, with excellent scientific research skills, solid foundational knowledge in the field, and the capacity to independently solve problems;
3. Strong communication skills and a sense of teamwork;
4. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills;
5. Candidates with relevant experience in tumor-related animal studies, cell experiments, or similar areas will be prioritized; outstanding recent graduates are also welcome.
6. Publication of SCI papers is preferred.
